	Each January general auditions are held for membership in the REP Company. The best of the best audition. Performers are chosen based on skill, training, professionalism and the needs for the season. The REP Company is the face of RCT. Directors cast from the REP Company for all shows. In addition, REP actors perform for local businesses, civic groups, businesses through the Guest Stars Program.
